About The Position

We are seeking a high-impact Personal Assistant to serve as the CEO’s right hand and strategic partner. This role goes far beyond calendar management. The ideal candidate operates at the center of the organization, anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and ensuring seamless execution across priorities. You will act as a trusted gatekeeper, thought partner, and force multiplier, enabling the CEO to focus on vision, growth, and decision-making. This position requires intelligence, discretion, confidence, and a strong executive presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and strong work ethics
  • Positive, proactive, and service‑oriented personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Calendar and Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular business hours and be available occasionally on weekends

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, logistical, and personal support to the CEO and executive team members
  • Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution and closure
  • Manage complex calendar scheduling and travel coordination (including personal‑related needs)
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing requests and maintaining discretion
  • Prepare for meetings, events, and hosting (professional and personal)
  • Handle expense reporting and reimbursements
  • Run errands, pickups/deliveries, and other household‑related tasks as needed
  • Maintain ongoing communication while ensuring confidentiality at all times
