About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our C-level leadership in day-to-day operations spanning sales strategy, marketing initiatives, calendar management, and internal project coordination. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable juggling executive-level support with light marketing and technical content editing responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experienced as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-Level in a tech or consulting environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in, Microsoft 365, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience or interest in B2B marketing, digital content, or tech services is a strong plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Bonus: Light familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones for CEO and executive leadership.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables; proactively follow up as needed.
  • Draft and proof internal communications, presentation notes, and briefing documents.
  • Assist sales leadership with CRM updates, meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups on key accounts.
  • Support in preparing sales collateral (e.g., case studies, slide decks, pitch decks) in collaboration with business development and marketing teams.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, webinars, and digital events with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage asset libraries (logos, brand guides, presentation templates) and version control of sales materials.
  • Edit and format executive presentations and solution decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Light graphic updates using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or PowerPoint to align with brand standards.
  • Assist with internal knowledge management — organizing shared folders, tagging technical content, and maintaining up-to-date client documentation.
