The Executive Assistant provides high-level assistance to PSI US Operations Management layer of Director level or above (referenced as Management). SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES Manages calendar activities for the US Core Management Team Makes travel arrangements for the US Core Management Team Compiles and files travel expense reports Creates and maintains tracking systems as needed Runs metrics reporting as needed Attends staff and project meetings and records minutes Maintains and disseminates sensitive information appropriately; handles confidential information and performs administrative functions based on the understanding of company policies Helps with preparing presentation materials and reports needed by the Management for meetings, conferences, business trips, etc. Assists with logistics around international relocations Organizes meetings and events as requested
