This is a long-term support role, on-site in San Francisco in the Dogpatch neighborhood. Giga builds AI agents trusted by the largest B2C companies in the world. Industry leaders like DoorDash trust Giga with their most complex support and operations workflows across voice, chat, and email. Giga has recently raised a $61M Series A and has several paying customers, including DoorDash. We’re building the next generation of customer experience — real-time AI agents that can understand emotion, resolve issues instantly, and scale across the world’s largest enterprises. It’s an exciting inflection point for the company. While we have been successful, we have larger ambitions. You'll operate as the executive's day-to-day execution partner. The Head of Strategy & Operations at Giga manages Product Operations, Business Operations, People, Finance, and Legal. You'll need to be well organized and comfortable with context switching. This is a career support role that blends executive assistance, communication, and rigorous follow-through: project management, mastering calendar/inbox/occasional travel, preparing meetings, drafting crisp comms, and keeping commitments on track.
