Position Summary: Strider is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This critical role is a high-trust, high-impact position that will help our Technology and Engineering teams operate smoothly and efficiently. We’re looking for someone who thrives on thinking multiple steps ahead, proactively identifies and solves challenges before they’re felt, and enables the broader team to achieve key initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring structure to a complex and fast-paced environment, act as a trusted partner, and ultimately help key leaders and teams stay focused on the most critical priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, ideally within high-growth technology or engineering environments.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable—comfortable taking initiative and solving problems independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface confidently across teams and levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
  • Experience managing sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and trust.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic calendar for the CTO—anticipating needs, prioritizing meetings, and ensuring time is aligned with key objectives.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications—drafting correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely follow-through.
  • Prepare for meetings by compiling background materials, agendas, and action items that enable informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CTO and cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners—ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Monitor and track key initiatives, helping ensure progress, follow-up, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all communications and operational tasks.
  • Support the front desk experience on occasion, including welcoming guests and coordinating visitor logistics.
  • Serve as backup to the Office Manager when needed—helping with office supply restocking, lunchroom upkeep, and basic vendor coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining workplace security procedures such as managing badge access or liaising with facilities or IT.
