The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive will directly support and enable a C-Suite leader to help maximize their impact internally and externally. Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years professional executive support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
  • A demonstrated track record of being successful in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred 5+ years experience in Project management, planning and managing complex calendars.
  • A consistent track record of effectively working with senior management and collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for scheduling, organizing, and managing Chief Executive calendar, and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively managing commitments with internal and external participants.
  • Provide additional support in scheduling, travel organization and expense reporting when needed
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business priorities and proactively manage time in a way that promotes productivity and efficiency.
  • Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong company-wide relationships, including Leadership Team members.
  • Support or lead travel booking and event planning for key company events as well as Leadership Team meetings and offsites.
  • Compose and prepare correspondence, slide decks, presentations, meeting materials, etc.
  • Manage coordination and submission of expense reports and invoices.
