About The Position

Kearney and Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Budget Director to join our team! Serves as the principal administrative point of contact for the Budget Directorates XD and DXD, providing a variety of administrative guidance and support requiring knowledge and analysis of a variety of areas Provide support in coordinating and preparing memoranda, talking points, briefing materials, reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation ensuring correct formatting, grammar, and punctuation with little oversight Assist with the planning and organization of Office of Finance (OF) and Budget-wide events Independently manages the executive and senior leaders’ calendars, scheduling interviews, meetings, and conferences attended by the executive and senior leaders, which routinely occur with other high-ranking officials within CBP, DHS, and other Federal agencies. When necessary, participate in special conferences and meetings Provides administrative support requiring analysis of a variety of areas, to include assistance with office-wide programs administered by the Executive Office, such as employee engagement, internal communications initiatives, and travel coordination

Requirements

  • BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work on-site 5 days a week at National Place, Washington DC
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security clearance
