The Executive Assistant is responsible for efficiently coordinating the executives' schedule and managing correspondence, ensuring smooth communication, and prioritizing tasks effectively. The role organizes meetings and events, prepares documents and maintains accurate records. They serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration. What will your job entail? Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and General Counsel, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating event and travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and conferences. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication. Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other strategic initiatives. Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Support the HR and Legal department with various projects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes. Help manage special projects as assigned by the CHRO and General Counsel.
