The Communications and Corporate Responsibility organization (CCR) is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and intuitive Executive Assistant to support the Global Stores Communications team. This role is responsible for supporting three Director-level leaders, including tasks such as coordinating and managing complex calendars across multiple time zones, arranging both international and domestic travel, and organizing events and meetings. Additionally, the role involves maximizing team efficiency and productivity, serving as a primary point of contact between team members and leadership, and fostering effective communication and collaboration. The Executive Assistant will partner with leaders, business partners, stakeholders, and Executive Assistants across the company to achieve key deliverables. You will thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment and have exceptional attention to detail. Experience in handling confidential information with discretion and the ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities are crucial. Preferred attributes include creativity and initiative in problem-solving and task management, and a relentless ability to take action quickly with the necessary details. This role required five (5) days a week in office.
