As an Executive Assistant at Webflow, you will serve as a strategic partner to the VP, Sales, VP, Revenue Operations and VP, Partnerships ensuring alignment on revenue goals and objectives. This position is designed for someone who is not only efficient, proactive and organized but also thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment — and is passionate about contributing to the strategic success of our leaders and the broader Revenue organization. The successful candidate will be adept at managing both synchronous and asynchronous communication, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and actively contributing to team culture and engagement in a distributed environment. As a visible, trusted partner, you’ll act as an extension of your executives — helping them stay focused on their highest-impact priorities.
