If so, the Senior Executive Support Professional role within Global Security may be right for you. Senior Executive Support Professionals are highly respected partners to leadership. In this role, you will provide advanced executive support to multiple Director-level executives and their leadership teams, serving as a trusted extension of each executive office and a key contributor to organizational effectiveness. ROLE OVERVIEW This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple Director-level executives within Global Security. You will manage competing priorities, complex calendars, travel, communications, and projects across several leaders while maintaining strong alignment, consistency, and discretion. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to seamlessly balance the needs of multiple leaders in a highly dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Director-level executives or higher
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple executives and competing priorities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Concur, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools
  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence
  • Demonstrated reliability handling highly confidential information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Executive Partnership & Operations Serve as a strategic partner to multiple Director-level executives, managing the day-to-day operations of their offices with discretion and sound judgment
  • Develop a deep understanding of each leader’s priorities, working styles, and business objectives to proactively anticipate needs
  • Represent executive offices with professionalism, diplomacy, and credibility across the enterprise
  • Calendar, Travel & Communications Manage multiple high-volume, highly complex calendars involving international time zones, shifting priorities, and cross-functional coordination
  • Plan and execute complex domestic and international travel, accounting for logistics, weather, fatigue, and contingency planning
  • Continuously review and optimize schedules to ensure adequate preparation, transition, and travel time
  • Screen, prioritize, and route communications to ensure timely, effective follow-up
  • Confidentiality & Judgment Handle highly sensitive and confidential information within a publicly traded company environment
  • Exercise independent judgment in ambiguous, time-sensitive, or high-pressure situations
  • Cross-Functional & Executive Engagement Interface directly with senior executives, executive assistants, and cross-functional partners across Disney
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and select external partners
  • Business Support & Project Ownership Prepare executive-ready reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Conduct research, draft and fact-check materials in support of leadership initiatives
  • Independently own recurring administrative and operational deliverables
  • Financial & Operational Administration Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders across multiple leaders
  • Act as casual buyer for office supplies and services and support vendor coordination
  • Leadership & Team Support Provide backup coverage for other executive assistants as needed
  • Mentor and guide junior support professionals on systems, best practices, and professional skills
  • Coordinate and execute complex leadership meetings, offsites, and high-profile events
  • Flexibility & Problem Solving Rapidly adapt to urgent issues or shifting priorities, rebuilding schedules as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to support business needs
