We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will provide high‑level executive support to the Chief Revenue Officer and his leadership team within the Pentair Pool business. This role also serves as the primary owner of office management for both the Charlotte, NC office, and leads the administration of the sales fleet program. The position requires exceptional organizational capability, discretion, and the ability to operate independently across executive support, facilities, and operational programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with office operations, facilities coordination, or operational program management.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across executives, locations, and operational programs.
  • High degree of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and enterprise administrative systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and cross‑functional engagements.
  • Own office management responsibilities for the Charlotte office such as space coordination, supplies, vendor contracts, and on‑site support.
  • Partner with local leadership, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees and visiting leaders.
  • Ensure offices reflect company standards, culture, and employee experience expectations.
  • Manage and provide continuous support the fleet program for sales employees, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
