The role: Executive Assistant / Office Manager Location: San Francisco (Onsite) Compensation: $80–90K base + incredible benefits The Opportunity A rare chance to step in as the first operational hire at a groundbreaking early-stage tech startup. The Role You’ll operate as both Executive Assistant and Office Manager—supporting leadership while building and owning the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for Co-Founders
  • Support office operations—supplies, vendors, and overall environment
  • Coordinate meetings, team events, and internal logistics
  • Assist with travel, expenses, and ad hoc executive needs
  • Help build processes and systems from scratch as the company scales
