T12 Technologies is seeking a Paid Executive Assistant Intern to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with administrative, operational, and business support activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to executive-level operations, project coordination, and organizational management in a fast-paced professional services environment. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking practical experience in executive support, business administration, human resources operations, or management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in: Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Management, Or a related field
  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred but not required
  • Internship, campus leadership, or volunteer experience accepted in lieu of formal work experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and appointment tracking.
  • Draft and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic files, records, and documentation.
  • Support travel coordination and expense tracking as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders as directed.
  • Assist with basic project tracking and follow-up on action items.
  • Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding coordination.
  • Support business development and operational tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups
