About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the Head of a department. This role is crucial, requiring a strong focus on execution to manage a high volume of tasks, including complex calendar management and scheduling. You will be tasked with effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests, ensuring appropriate levels of urgency are given to monitoring and tracking meetings, priorities, and emails. Acting as a proxy when necessary, you will manage travel, expenses, and all administrative support functions. You will also manage multiple tasks and action items, document follow-ups, and prepare for the VP to ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting management, VPs, and sr. VPs.
  • Complex calendaring experience.
  • Executive-level support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
  • Production or post-production bg
  • Studio experience.
  • At least two years of college education required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make smart and timely decisions.
  • High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Professionalism in dealing with sr. professionals inside and outside the company.

Responsibilities
