Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily including having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.
  • High School or GED Equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Performs diverse administrative assistant duties.
  • Acts as project manager for organizational projects as delegated by the VP of Operations.
  • Uses technology to create efficient processes and responsible for timely completion of projects, incorporating principles of efficiency and process improvement into project completion.
  • Performs generalized duties including but not limited to: transpose hand written or verbal communication to typed format and collates and assembles reports and documents.
  • Compiles data, statistical information and develops reports.
  • Coordinates schedules and appointments as well as scheduling meetings.
  • Makes travel arrangements.
  • Collects and distributes mail.
  • Answers calls in a professional manner and assures that calls are handled or directed appropriately.
  • Assists with the analysis, collection and maintenance of records as needed by Quality Assurance, OSHA guidelines or as may be required by the law.
  • Assists in project work and completions as assigned.
  • Maintains contracts for the organization according to the parameters established by company contract policy.
