About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our GTM organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think outside the box, juggle multiple tasks with ease, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
  • You’ll have worked with GTM or business leaders and supported multiple leaders in the past.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously as well as to quickly pivot as priorities can rapidly shift even throughout the day.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized and responsive.
  • Intellectually curious and committed to continuous learning and collaboration to improve how we work.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with discretion and grace.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and other productivity tools such as Slack, Notion, Coupa, Navan and Zoom and bring an enthusiasm to learn and use new tools, including AI.
  • Strong ability to create impactful presentation materials.
  • Ability to think proactively and take initiative, anticipating the needs of executives and the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, resourcefully and also as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the executive, demonstrating unwavering integrity and impeccable judgment when handling proprietary and confidential data.
  • Availability to work in our San Francisco office two days per week (Wednesday/Thursday), with potential for increased presence as required.

  • Light experience with Salesforce, Seismic and Catalyst is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to some of our GTM leaders (currently 1 SVP and 1 VP), including calendar optimization, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a strategic liaison and culture pulse-taker between executives, team members, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up and support of field facing meetings.
  • Drive the planning and execution of events, meetings, and team-building activities.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team by seeking out and proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a strong commitment to team success.
  • Act as a cultural steward for the team, fostering an environment of inclusivity and high engagement. You will be the bridge between leadership and the broader organization, ensuring our values are reflected in every touchpoint, from internal communications to team-building initiatives
