About The Position

KVC Missouri is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to KVC Missouri's executive leadership, reporting to the Sr. Vice President. This role is designed for a professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, maintaining strong attention to detail, and working with discretion in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Serving as a key partner to leadership, this position ensures smooth day-to-day operations through executive calendar management, coordination of activities and events, preparation of meeting agendas, and accurate meeting note-taking and documentation. The role also serves as a liaison for internal stakeholders and external contacts, supporting clear communication and effective coordination across the organization. In addition, this position supports contract coordination and administrative workflows, with an emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through. Strong organization, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate leadership needs are essential to success in this role. This position requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This is a remote position (statewide Missouri-based) with occasional travel required to various campus or program locations. Candidates must reside in Missouri.

Requirements

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Two years of administrative experience
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent time management and oral communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities to assist visitors and clients get to the correct staff member or program service
  • Proficient in use of a computer, Word processing, communication, typing, and general office skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain a positive, professional helping role
  • Reside in Missouri
