Amex Offers sits within the Membership Portfolio Services Team. Launched in 2012, Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants, Advertisers and brands with the tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. The Amex Offers team develops strategic marketing partnerships that deliver - through the Amex offers platform - unique differentiated value to reach high-spending Card Members in the digital channels where they engage with American Express. Through this solution, we can help advertisers get laser-focused on who our mutual customers are, what they want, and how we can meet their needs - delivering deep insights and maximizing results. We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant who will support the Vice President - Amex Offers Digital Media Platform Product, delivering key administrative and tactical support to help them and the Amex Offers team function effectively and efficiently. This Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing an exceptional standard of support for the VP, Amex Offers Digital Media Platform Product. This colleague will work autonomously and efficiently, anticipating leader needs and ‘connecting the dots' behind the scenes. This role is a critical member of the broader team who provides organizational support and ensures that the team's logistical needs are met and helps to promote a positive atmosphere and work culture. Looking for candidate that is highly energetic, organized, flexible, and credible and used to work in a fast, and at times, high pressure environment with numerous conflicting priorities.
