If you have experience with purchasing, handling visitors, and general financial administrative skills such as accounts payable, reporting, and invoicing, consider joining us at our distribution site near Des Plaines, Illinois. As the primary contact for the front office, we will count on your positive, can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities while meeting tight deadlines. You will handle invoices, accounts payable, purchase orders (PO), provide support for annual budgets, monthly reporting, etc. You will also provide general administrative support such as event planning.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, and forecasting
  • 1+ years of office administrative experience
  • Working knowledge of related systems such as SAP/ERP

Nice To Haves

  • A degree in business or finance is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing for office and general supplies to ensure proper inventories are available
  • Facilitate and manage working capital optimization through the improvement of AR, AP, and billing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Assist with planning meetings and events such as ordering lunches, organizing invites, and collaborating with internal and external customers

  • Other responsibilities as assigned
