About The Position

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the General Manager, ensuring the effective coordination of day-to-day operations and executive activities. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in managing communications, scheduling, and logistical arrangements. Key responsibilities include performing a wide range of clerical, procedural, and administrative duties, independently coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, and ensuring all participants are properly notified of schedules, agendas, and locations. The role also includes arranging catering and hospitality services when required, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining accuracy in all documentation and correspondence. This position demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the General Manager, ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Five (5) years of administrative assistance/secretary experience at the Executive level.
