In this role, you will provide administrative support to the VP US Sales & Service, CAS and CRM and be a key member of this leadership team. This position coordinates and supports processes and projects while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, dynamic environment. Daily activities include ongoing interaction with all levels of employees, as well as with customers, vendors, visitors and candidates. Requirements

  • Advanced practical knowledge within a relevant discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education: Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • As a trusted partner, coordinate and manage complex calendars and meetings and prioritize schedules to maximize VP productivity
  • Provide coordination and support for projects and processes, working with cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and timely follow-up.
  • Support and manage confidential communications and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate meetings, including offsites and special events.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Assist with compiling data, reports, and tracking of information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with peers, internal stakeholders and customers

  • Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,400.00 - $108,600.00
  • This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
  • The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
  • The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
  • Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
