About The Position

Labcorp is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Project Specialist to join our team in Frisco, TX at 3000 Internet Blvd, Suite 190, Frisco TX 75033. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; additional days/hours as needed Job Responsibilities: Project management with varying complexity, duration and occurrence. Create and format presentations in support of client facing documents and internal correspondence (MS office – PowerPoint, Word). Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling using MS Excel (including formulas/pivot tables) Provide administrative and project support for priorities. Coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, track responsibilities and assignments, compile proposal materials, and other key organizational tasks. We are currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/Project Specialist, who will work directly with the Senior Vice President, MidAmerica Division. This position will focus on the organization and coordination of tasks and initiatives. These initiatives will vary in duration and complexity and will involve and require experience with executive management and effective communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of applicable work experience required (Administrative support / Project Management)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and excellent ability to collaborate, listen and respond
  • Advanced level competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintains a highly structured approach to workflow, documentation and follow through.
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities and time sensitive matters quickly
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful with strong time-management capabilities
  • Action oriented to assist at all levels of the organization
  • Proactive minded for dealing with the unexpected priorities and executive staff needs
  • Must be able to travel for quarterly business reviews in support of the SVP
