About The Position

Turion Space is building the infrastructure layer for the orbital economy — autonomous satellites, advanced propulsion, and the software stack to operate them at scale. We move fast, operate with a small team, and are building things that have never been done before. Every function here is consequential, and the people who thrive here are the ones who take ownership, stay two steps ahead, and never flinch when the pace picks up. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the operational backbone supporting two of Turion’s most senior leaders. You will own their calendars, manage their travel, keep their business development pipeline organized, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks as the company scales. You will work with a broad mix of stakeholders from the U.S. Space Force to commercial satellite operators to investors, and you will represent Turion with professionalism and discretion in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of executive administrative experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced technology company
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch the things others miss and you care about getting it right
  • Strong self-management and time management skills, with the ability to help executives navigate their priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can distill complex scheduling scenarios into clear, concise messaging
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching — you can hold multiple priorities in mind simultaneously and know when something requires immediate escalation
  • Highly responsive with a "whatever it takes" work ethic; understands that the pace of the business occasionally requires availability outside of standard hours
  • Experienced and comfortable coordinating across domestic and international time zones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
  • This position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end calendar management for the COO and CPO, including complex scheduling across internal teams, customers, investors, and partners
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, flagging issues before they become problems and making judgment calls on priority when needed
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel: flights, hotels, ground transport, visas and manage expense reporting and reconciliation
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maturity; understand when to protect information, when to escalate, and when to let things breathe
  • Attend internal BD meetings to capture structured notes on deal status, next steps, and outstanding items
  • Maintain regular check-ins with BD team members to stay current on the pipeline
  • Perform data entry and quality audits in Salesforce CRM, ensuring deal records, contact information, and activity logs are accurate and up to date
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence in SharePoint and other tools; ensure the executives can find what they need, when they need it.
  • Track action items and follow-up tasks emerging from meetings; close the loop proactively without waiting to be asked.
  • Identify and eliminate small operational frictions before they become big ones; build lightweight processes that help the team move faster.
