About The Position

We are looking for a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our VP of Platform Governance, Compliance & Innovation and our VP of Government Relations & Policy. This role is built for a professional who flourishes with accountability and high-level coordination. Requirements

  • Tech-Forward: Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and AI products (Gemini, GPT, etc.).
  • Experience: 6+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior-level legal leadership (VP/SVP); prior experience supporting attorneys, compliance or government relations function preferred.
  • High-Level Discretion: Strong capability to handle highly confidential information and sensitive internal/external relationships.
  • Abilities: Outstanding organizational skills with a "service-forward" mentality and a track record of exceptional follow-through.
  • Communication: Sophisticated written and verbal skills; ability to interact skillfully with senior executives and other partners.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Accountability: Serve as a focused gatekeeper. Handling complex priorities with intuition, ensuring the VPs stay aligned with their most critical goals while proactively managing their time and action items.
  • Integrity & Confidential Governance: Given the nature of the work our VPs do, there will be access to highly critical information. This role requires outstanding judgment and discretion, maintaining professional subtlety and total confidentiality at all times.
  • General Support: Ownership of intricate global travel, high-priority logistics, and expense management with a commitment to precision.
  • Independent Execution: Using judgment to resolve time-sensitive issues across the organization. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, anticipating needs and taking initiative to support VPs with meeting deadlines.
  • Executive Liaison: You will build strong, cross-functional relationships and maintain a positive, resilient reflection of the leadership team. Act as a strategic gatekeeper and partner by maintaining a general understanding of government relations and compliance landscapes, allowing for informed prioritization of the VPs' schedules and immediate response to time-sensitive regulatory matters.
