Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Additional hospitality management training is a plus

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that Hilton cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and policies to optimize efficiency and quality
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Manage inventory of linnins, cleaning supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and maintain a seamless guest experience
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
Monitor departmental budgets and prepare reports on performance metrics
