About The Position
Your Role: Drives strategic growth initiatives across all service lines at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH). Fosters strong physician partnerships that enhance clinical programs, patient access, and regional market presence. Supports multidisciplinary, pan-specialties growth initiatives. Supports new practices and technologies. Performs miscellaneous duties. Reports To: Service Lines-Allied Health/VP [Vice President] (job code (JC): 102401) Supervises: Director/Business Development (JC: 010401) and RN/Program Manager/Stroke (JC: 037903)
Requirements
- Master’s degree in business administration, public health, or a related field
- Eight (8) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree in health care administration.
- Strategy, physician relations, and/or service line administration experience.
- Proven history in business development, physician engagement, and strategic planning in a hospital or health system setting.
