About The Position

Your Role: Drives strategic growth initiatives across all service lines at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH). Liaises between hospital leadership, service line administrators, and the physician community; focuses on collaboration, growth strategy, and physician engagement. Fosters strong physician partnerships that enhance clinical programs, patient access, and regional market presence. Supports multidisciplinary, pan-specialties growth initiatives. Supports new practices and technologies. Performs miscellaneous duties. Reports To: Service Lines-Allied Health/VP [Vice President] (job code (JC): 102401) Supervises: Director/Business Development (JC: 010401) and RN/Program Manager/Stroke (JC: 037903)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, public health, or a related field
  • Eight (8) years of progressive healthcare leadership experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in health care administration.
  • Strategy, physician relations, and/or service line administration experience.
  • Proven history in business development, physician engagement, and strategic planning in a hospital or health system setting.
