About The Position

The Exec, Acct National (HAS) focuses on developing relationships with partners and growing business through this channel. This role involves managing the partnership sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness and sales of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences specifically in data and analytics driven solutions delivery or commercialization.
  • 2+ years of successful Business Development experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to attain sales quota.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures and basic legal terms.
  • Experience in RWD solutions in healthcare and life sciences field.
  • Understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and pricing techniques.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prospect for new business/partners but also to grow existing relationships with established partners.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other data management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems related to sales processes and pricing strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Analytics or related fields.
  • 2 or more years of experience in RWD and analytics solutions space, PBM and Population Health spaces.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) and data usage rights.
  • Experience working with industry partners in a business development capacity that acts as RWD data aggregators, solutions providers and marketplaces. As well as PBM and Population Health markets.

Responsibilities

  • Attain bookings and revenue goals for self. Own the partnership sales pipeline, revenue targets, ensuring growth.
  • Collaborate with existing partners, manage relationships and grow based on the book of business. Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and establish partnership SoPs.
  • Reach set sales quota through growing existing relationships and new contacts/opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting solutions and capabilities, generating pricing and proposals, pipeline management, leading customer meetings, and managing engagements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system. Build and maintain both internal and external stakeholder relationships inclusive of cultivating partnership relationships to upsell accounts with additional product and services.
  • Work with sales leader and extended sales team, marketing, delivery and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication to initiatives that drive awareness of capabilities and offerings.
  • Be aware of and stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to most effectively position our solutions.
