About The Position

Kinetic, a business unit of Uniti (NASDAQ: UNIT), is a premier insurgent provider of multi-gigabit fiber internet, whole-home Wi-Fi, internet security, and voice services in 1,400 markets across 18 states in across the U.S. This position is a work from home opportunity and can be filled remotely anywhere within the country. The Inside Account Executive works in a high-volume sales environment utilizing a proven advanced sales strategy. Kinetic's new sales processing technology is simple, easy to use, and helps capitalize on selling opportunities effectively and efficiently. Account Executives are encouraged to thrive in a team environment and have fun at work. Requirements

  • Maintain a distraction-free workplace with sufficient highspeed internet of 25 MBPS or higher for this virtual/work from home position.
  • Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
  • Desire for high commissions in addition to competitive base pay.
  • Experience with cold calling.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls in a fun sales center environment.
  • Deliver customized solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Update customer accounts through computer-based systems
  • Willingness to gain and maintain product and service knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
