Audi Pembroke Pines has an exciting opportunity for an Exchange Coordinator to join our team!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to confidently approach customers on the service drive and initiate friendly, meaningful conversations.
  • Proficiency in desktop tools including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Understanding of dealership processes, sales procedures, and vehicle inventory is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and support dealership sales goals.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers on the service drive and conduct a needs analysis, including service history, current concerns, and potential interest in upgrading their vehicle.
  • Initiate friendly, proactive conversations to assess the customer’s desire to trade their current vehicle for a new or pre-owned Audi or other inventory options.
  • Evaluate potential trade-in vehicles by reviewing service history and inspecting the customer’s current vehicle condition.
  • Present accurate trade-in estimates based on market value, condition, and dealership appraisal guidelines.
  • Educate customers on upgrade opportunities and encourage consideration of new or used vehicles that align with their needs and preferences.
  • Communicate customer preferences, trade‑in details, and appraisal information to sales management for assignment to the appropriate sales consultant.
  • Update customer profiles, conversations, and trade‑in information in the dealership CRM system.
  • Address customer questions or concerns regarding the exchange process, trade values, or upgrade options.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
