We are looking for a BDC Consultant to join our team at Audi Pembroke Pines. This in-store position plays a vital role in fostering a strong and collaborative relationship between our virtual BDC and the Porsche store, driving alignment and ultimately boosting sales performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • 2-4 years of customer service or sales experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • Experience using CRM tools; automotive CRM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with BDC functions is a plus
  • Experience reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Maximizing internet lead and portfolio management TO performance
  • Facilitate effective TO distribution to sales advisors
  • Follow up with TOs to ensure workflows have been executed
  • Reviewing internal notes to ensure each TO is handled promptly and personally
  • Keeping daily notes on TO activity to ensure regular follow-up and accurate reporting
  • Being fully prepared for daily appointments
  • Confirming appointments prior to the scheduled arrival time
  • Rescheduling “no-show” appointments when necessary
  • Understanding the importance and benefits of the retail business
  • Identifying opportunities to build trust and mutual respect
