SWBC is seeking a talented individual to c oordinate the excess flood program and operations regarding policies, applications, and other related documents and works with agents to provide quotes and policies. Essential duties include the following: Ensures all necessary documents and premium obtained are verified for accuracy, prior to processing policy in the VMGA system. Process endorsements and cancellations as necessary. Communicate with insureds agents and brokers for any missing documentation needed to complete the file. Works internally with underwriters to resolve any discrepancies within documents/coverages. Obtains and provides internal Surplus Lines Dept with required state specific forms and meet tax filing deadlines. Processes refunds through workday Handles of incoming and outgoing calls; to include processing of phone payments, taking applications and resolving any questions regarding policy. Handles of any incoming emails. Mails out policies as requested by insured and or agency/broker. Logging of premium in the payment tracker. Updates Sales Force leads/person client accounts to include adding all policy details/documents.
