About The Position
At Progressive Education Program, our assistants are valued members of a collaborative team working with students in high-needs classrooms. We recognize the challenges that come with supporting students who require additional care and to ensure success in the role we support our assistants by providing: Structured coaching and mentoring from experienced educators Ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities Collaboration with teachers, specialists, and administrators Guidance in classroom management and instructional strategies A team-based approach to managing high-needs classrooms Regular check-ins to ensure staff feel supported and confident in their role
Requirements
- Associates Degree or 48 Credit Hours at an institution of higher education
