Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Previous banking experience
Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

Perform routine clerical tasks using basic research and problem solving.
Work with reports daily to solve account transactions in a timely manner with accuracy.
Sort and route return documents from RCB Bank customers and the Federal Reserve.
Research, document and resolve credit reporting disputes received from various channels within specified deadlines.
Research, review, and document legal documents.
