About The Position
Perform various housekeeping functions, cleaning, sanitation, and other housekeeping functions observing high-sanitation and safety standards in accordance with hospital policies and procedures as well as State and Federal laws. Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning experience in a health care or institutional setting
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning procedures of patient rooms and common areas throughout the Hospital.
- Maintain adequate linen supply for all departments.
- Remove waste and soiled linens using proper disposal procedures.
- Operate housekeeping mechanical equipment.
- As assigned.
