About The Position

Schuyler Ridge Clifton Park NY - Full Time Days Involves assessing, planning, organizing, scheduling and supervising the work of all Environmental Service personnel engaged in maintaining the facility in a clean, safe and orderly condition. What you will do: Makes inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of the department. Plans and conducts meetings to enhance each employee’s knowledge of their duties. Other supervision and resources as requested by the department manager/director.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D.
• Minimum of two years' experience in service delivery to health care, business or domestic fields or previous successful experience in supervision of service workers.

Responsibilities

• Educates staff in facility and department standards designed for a specific environment.
• Dresses to meet dress code specified for a leadership position.
• Practices good public relations and follows all safety regulations.
• First line supervision of housekeeping service delivery, enabling quality outcomes and timely completion of schedules.
