Scheduling, assigning and directly overseeing staff engaged in providing cleaning services, and assuring quality by checking the work and helping set and monitor standards in cooperation with department managers. Duties include but are not limited to: Plans daily work schedules and assignments adjust schedules by looking at events that are coming up giving adequate notice to fellow team members based on availability and resort needs, large events, or slow times. You are considered a (Working supervisor) at times working the gaming floor. Working closely on adapting and have the willingness to be flexible to be able to change, or adjust schedules in a moment's notice. Inspects the work and monitor sections, check all outlets for coverage and consistency of quality. Orders supplies, Issue supplies, monitors all levels of supplies and collaborates with the Department Manager on appropriate and safe usages. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
  • 1 -3 years of (EVS) custodial/cleaning experience required with 1 year experience in a supervisory or lead role.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks at once.
  • Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
