About The Position

It is the primary responsibility of the Environmental Services Shift Manager to oversee the EVS/PAD daily operations of the floor, employees, and daily administrative duties at The Cosmopolitan.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in EVS or PAD required
• 1+ Years of Supervisory Experience preferred
• Driver's License is required to start

Nice To Haves

• 1+ Years of Supervisory Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift
• Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
• Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities
