(TBC) is looking to hire a full-time Graveyard Lead EVS Tech with Banquet experience at M Resort Spa Casino. Are you an energetic, get-it-done person who is looking for full-time work ? Reporting to the Site Manager, the Lead directs and manages cleaning staff and is responsible for delivering the highest quality service to the client. Utilize sound performance improvements and motivational techniques. Conduct employee training and coaching when needed. Participate and/or facilitate client meetings to garner information on satisfaction levels, requirements, assessments etc. Ensures quality standards are met in accordance to goals and client requirements. Ensure safe operating practices are enforced through effective management and training. Ensure all company processes and programs are properly implemented and consistently followed. Safeguard and secure company proprietary information and property. Be able to work when and as needed. Other duties as may be assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Ability to work varied and flexible shifts when required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and squatting is required. Frequent light lifting of less than 40 pounds is required.
