EVS/Internal Maintenance Supervisor - Santa Fe
About The Position
Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Complete inspection forms and reports as required. Ensure all of work is performed in accordance with outlined job procedures. Assist the Internal Maintenance Manager in administrative functions up to and including disciplinary actions, Team Member counseling, training and development of new supervisors. Assist in the completion of Team Member evaluations as outlined in Company policy. Report facility problems and required preventative maintenance. Prepare necessary work orders and ensure equipment is repaired and returned in timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Ability to supervise and interact with Team Members, Guests and Managers in a friendly, positive and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness in all public areas to Stations safety standards.
- Conduct frequent inspections.
- Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents.
- Experience with carpet and floor care required.

- Supervisory experience preferred.
