About The Position

The EVP, Strategic Operations is responsible for aligning company-wide operational capabilities with the organization’s long-term strategic objections to drive efficiency, growth and sustained profitability. This role works closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, ensuring operation excellence across functions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations or related field
7+ years in strategic or operational leadership role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company’s vision and growth objectives.
Identify, prioritize and implement process improvement, automation initiatives and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Establish and monitor key performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress, diagnose challenges, and deliver actionable insights.
Lead companywide strategic initiative that strengthens operational effectiveness and enables scalable growth.
Partner with senior leadership to align resources, capabilities, and execution plans with overarching business priorities.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic alignment, accountability, and optimal resource utilization.
Design and implement change management frameworks to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and innovations.
Translate performance data into strategic recommendations that foster continuous improvement and measurable results.
Support long-term organizational growth through structured strategic planning and disciplined execution of high-impact initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
