A Typical Day The EVP, Product Management responsible for leading teams and overseeing the successful execution of key technology projects and enhancements within designated Production Channels. This role collaborates closely with senior technology leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to implement solutions that align with the overall Production Technology strategy and support business objectives like efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The EVP contributes to the technology roadmap by managing programs and products, ensuring effective resource allocation, and fostering a high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Requires 10+ years of experience in technology project/program management, business systems analysis, or a related field within the financial services or mortgage industry
- Typically requires 10+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong experience with lending platforms/solutions and system integrations
- Contemporary knowledge of business concepts and processes
- Extensive experience leading teams and effecting change for cross org teams working with technology, vendors and other key stakeholders
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned technology initiatives and enhancements for Production Channels, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business goals
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
- Work closely with business unit leaders, application development teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to define requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions
- Contribute to the evaluation and standardization of processes across channels; implement best practices for project management, analysis, testing, and validation within the team's scope
- Oversee the lifecycle of technology initiatives from conception through to production validation, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards
- Facilitate regular project/program status meetings and provide clear and concise updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
