SUMMARY OF ROLE : The Analytics Practice Leader for North America is responsible for building a data/analytics capability within HUB and developing state-of-the-art proprietary tools & processes to allow us to more effectively analyze risk and consult with clients in making purchasing decisions including: appropriate retentions/ deductibles, optimal coverage limits, loss projections, cash flow etc. The role will include developing “plug and play” analytics capabilities to be deployed in the field and training “licensed drivers” in our offices to operate the tools and teaching them the skills to consult with clients. It will also include consulting with clients/prospects on more complex analyses including alternative risk transfer and enterprise risk projects. Ultimately the goal is to integrate analytics into HUB’s culture and service offering. To ensure a comprehensive approach in our value proposition and delivery, the Analytics Practice Leader will work with the appropriate leadership from all Industry Practices, Product Line Practices, Alternative Risk Solutions, Captives, Carrier Management, Marketing, Complex Risk Leader and the Commercial Lines Leader to ensure we have the appropriate Analytics strategy/offering aligned those respective practices or centers of influence. This role will report to the President, Commercial Lines.
