About The Position

We currently have career opportunity in our Production Department for an Evidence Administrator. This team member is responsible for handling video, audio, and document evidence to support cases. This includes converting and editing video clips, labeling audio statements, scanning documents, and capturing social media and CCTV footage. Additional responsibilities will be answering any questions that staff or clients may have about the evidence and sending case files out to clients. Supporting the Regional Managers and Investigators through the completion of various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Basic knowledge of video and audio file formats (.MP3, .MP4, .AVI, etc.)
  • Be highly motivated and possess the ability to work under little supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision.
  • Must pass a drug test and pre-employment test.
  • Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Converting, editing, reviewing, and storing video and audio files
  • Scanning and storing documents
  • Invoice Line Entry Process
  • Process Rush Requests
  • Other duties as the team expands or assigned by the leadership
  • Supporting the Regional Managers and Investigators through the completion of various administrative tasks
