About The Position

Evergreen Way Coordinator- River Road - Full time/Exempt - Starting salary $68,000 range (depending on experience) - The areas highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate community - Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility, including some evenings and weekends - The Evergreen Way Coordinator is responsible to plan, organize, develop and lead the overall operation of the neighborhood (16 residents) in accordance with state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern Parker at River Road, to ensure that the highest degree of care, service and quality is maintained at all times. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (healthcare administration, nursing, social work, gerontology, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in Long Term Care.
  • Previous experience working in memory care or dementia-specific care.
  • Three (3) or more years of demonstrated leadership excellence, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
  • Flu vaccination required during flu season.
