Requirements

You are a confident, people-first leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
You bring 5+ years of leadership/people management experience AND 3–5 years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment.
You are motivated, accountable, and have a strong ownership mindset.
You are comfortable working events, weekends, and traveling within the territory to get the job done.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of event and retail marketers to greatness.
Plan and execute high-performing events that generate qualified appointments.
Build strong partnerships with venues and event organizers.
Coach your team to absolutely crush their KPIs, revenue goals, and performance standards.
