General Responsibilities: Manage contracts from creation through final execution, ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation Lead event planning logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, budget tracking; includes collateral and premium/giveaways development and procurement Serve as the central point of contact across Sales, Legal, Finance, and vendors to ensure smooth communication Build project timelines and checklists to keep deliverables organized and on schedule Handle procurement tasks such as submitting POs and invoices through internal systems Provide on-site event oversight, vendor setup, and day-of execution Work on large and small scale projects that have a direct impact on the company. Manage programs and portfolios for change initiatives that have been prioritized by the organization. Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate or escalate as needed. Plan, design, and manage project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation. Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery. Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments and alignment on intent. Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes. Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work. Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes. Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands. Display strong consulting and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • At least 2 years of Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management or Relationship Management
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
