About The Position

This is a hands-on, multifaceted position supporting Events, Food & Beverage, and Activities teams. The ideal employee enjoys physical work, takes pride in maintaining beautiful spaces, and contributes to a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Requirements

You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.
This position requires operation of vehicles, and you’ll need to possess a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Your driving record will need to meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company’s insurance provider.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous experience in hospitality, events, or outdoor operations
Experience in luxury or fine dining environments
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Responsibilities

Setting up and breaking down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
Maintaining and preparing indoor and outdoor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal.
Supporting Food & Beverage operations by preparing event spaces and assisting with service needs as required.
Assisting with guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Reading and interpreting BEOs to accurately execute event setups.
Helping restock and maintaining buffet or service areas during events as needed.
Assisting with breakdown of food service areas and proper storage when requested.
Performing general upkeep tasks such as power washing, leaf blowing, weed trimming, sweeping, and other outdoor maintenance.
Ensuring all equipment and spaces are clean, organized, and in excellent working condition.
Communicating effectively with team members and management.
Following all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
