Position Summary The Events Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all banquet and event operations, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional guest experiences, and seamless coordination between culinary, service, sales, and operations teams. This leader drives operational excellence, maintains financial discipline, develops a high-performing team, and ensures all events—whether corporate, social, or large-scale entertainment—are executed to brand standards.
