About The Position
Lead the Future of Travel ?? Were looking for a high-energy Field Marketing Events Manager to lead our Field Package Sales team in the Greater Milwaukee Area . This role owns the market driving results through major events, festivals, and our exciting Milwaukee Brewers Field Marketing partnership ?. Youll recruit and lead a high-performing sales team, execute impactful field activations, exceed tour and sales goals, and create standout guest experienceswhile leading from the front with strong personal production.
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience (Field Marketing/Mini-Vac preferred)
- 2+ years in Timeshare or Vacation Sales
- A flexible, results-driven leadership style
